Return & Exchange Policy:

Our return policy is valid on damaged or defective merchandise. This in order to maintain our low prices. All our items are packed with extreme care but in the very unlikely event of damage or factory defects, please inspect your purchase and its packaging within 48 hours of receipt. You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of any defects and/or damage or we will be unable to process a claim.
In any case, merchandise must remain in the original box with original packing materials and must be in unused condition. Damaged or defective items will be exchanged for the same identical item as soon as we are able to get you a replacement.
If you have received incorrect or damaged product, we will replace that item at our expense.

 

If you would like to return merchandise for any other reason than item(s) being damaged or incorrect, a restocking fee of 10% to 25% may be charged if the item(s) are not returned in new, resalable condition (amount to be determined upon inspection of returned item(s).
Items returned after 30 days may be subject to a 25% restocking charge, and are accepted at our discretion.
All returns must have a return authorization number.
