Return & Exchange Policy:

Our return policy is valid on damaged or defective merchandise. This in order to maintain our low prices. All our items are packed with extreme care but in the very unlikely event of damage or factory defects, please inspect your purchase and its packaging within 48 hours of receipt. You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of any defects and/or damage or we will be unable to process a claim.
In any case, merchandise must remain in the original box with original packing materials and must be in unused condition. Damaged or defective items will be exchanged for the same identical item as soon as we are able to get you a replacement.
• Our warranty does not cover damage caused to our products by failure to properly operate ... or damage which may occur during installation.
If you do not know how to install parts or have any doubts as to your ability, please see a qualified motorcycle mechanic.
If you have received incorrect or damaged product, we will replace that item at our expense.

 

If you would like to return merchandise for any other reason than item(s) being damaged or incorrect, a restocking fee of 10% to 25% will be charged. Amount to be determined upon inspection of returned item(s).
No returns after 20 days from order date.
All returns must have a return authorization number.
To get a return authorization number, e-mail mototourinc@yahoo.com and tell us why you are returning the item(s). Your request will be forwarded to our Returns Department for immediate action. If item qualified for return you will receive the RA number usually within 1-2 business days. Or you will receive a detailed explanation why RA number was denied.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
