Order Processing Time 

The expected period of time between the date an order is placed and when it is shipped.

Factors that may affect processing time include Inventory levels, Weather, Federal Holidays, etc.

Item status is clearly marked and also visible once you add item to your Cart.

Item Availability

In Stock - Usually processed with in 24-48 business hrs.

 

Pre-Order - Ships when available (credit card will be charged at the time the pre-order is placed)

Pre-order items can not be combined with In-stock items online.

 

Call 727-541-9009 to place an order - Customer service will make sure product is available, applies best possible discounts and ships part from warehouse closest to your location.

 

Out of Stock - Use "Notify Me when Available" Will notify you as soon as product becomes available.

 

Ships from XX warehouse / Fulfillment Center - May potentially extend order processing time.

Once you receive the shipment, please inspect the merchandise. If you do find parts that are damaged, incorrect or you have any other concerns, please do not remove the parts from factory packaging. Merchandise must remain in the original box with the original packing materials and must be in unused condition or we will be unable to process a claim.

We do not provide any direct warranty on any item sold. If you receive a defective part, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty policy.

No Labor or inconvenience cost can be included in any warranty claim

Warranty does not cover products that are damage due to improper installation or operation.
If you do not know how to install parts or have any doubts as to your ability, please see a qualified motorcycle mechanic.

Returned merchandise for any other reason other than warranty claims must be in like new condition, a restocking fee might be charged: amount to be determined upon inspection of returned item(s).

We cannot accept any item that is not in its original packing, have been used or installed.
No returns after 30 days from order date.
All returns must have a return authorization number (use form below).
Buyer is responsible for shipping costs.

No returns on Special orders

(applies to non-stock items ordered at customer's request)

We reserve the right to cancel / modify order in the following situations

.. We do not ship to freight forwarder addresses.

.. Your order is flagged up by our security system as unusual order or an order susceptible to fraud.

.. There was an error in the price quote.

.. The product is no longer available.

.. Part fitment problems or other reasonable circumstances.

.. Buyer is not responding to our emails or phone calls.
